项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察设计进行公开招标。
2. 项目概况与招标范围 2.1 工程概况： 2.1.1 建设
全线新增占地52.26亩，路基挖方 63.862 千立方米，填方 11.912 千立方米，路面 14.575 千平方米，一座特大桥长538.12米，盖板涵 69 米/5 道，平面交叉 6 处，路基防护及排水 5.603 千立方米。
； 2.2 招标范围及服务期限： 2.2.1 招标范围： 勘察：完成本项目的初步勘察、详细勘察等全部勘察工作，包括工程的地质勘察及由于设计变更引起的二次或多次勘察的所有工作，同时负责施工过程中的勘察服务、参加相关环节的检查验收等工作。
设计：完成本项目的初步设计（初步设计、概算编制），配合甲方完成初步设计评审（含概算）等其它服务工作。

2.2.4 服务期限： 30日历天（其中勘察15日历天，设计15日历天） 。
3. 投标人资格要求 3.1 投标人资格条件： 详见投标人须知前附表附录资格审查条件。
3.2 本次招标: ? 接受联合体投标，联合体所有成员数量不得超过 3 家，联合体应具有的资格条件要求： 详见投标人须知前附表附录资格审查条件。
3.3 每个投标人最多可对 1 个标段投标，但只允许中 1 个标； □ 投标截止日在四川省交通运输厅网站公布评定为 / 信用等级的投标人，最多可对 / 个标段投标，但只允许中 / 个标段。
（中2个及以上标段时，每个标段拟投入主要人员不得相同）。
3.4 与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的单位、不得参加投标。
法定代表人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标，否则，相关投标均无效。
