TenderersshalloperatethebusinesswellNocontinuousdeficitorinsolvencyoccurredduringthelatesttwoyearsoffinancialstatementPleaseprovidetheauditedfinancialstatementinthelastthreeyears2业绩要求RequirementonTenderersX投标人本次投标的同类型设备须具有Xenderers’equipmentproposedforthistendershallhA/Ve序号No标段名称TenderDesignation业绩要求References1封闭式储煤系统ClosedCoalStorageSystem投标人本次投标的方案须在近X年内至少有1个燃煤电厂1年以上的商业运行业绩相同类型，且储煤量在X,Xm3及以上，且投标人须作为上述业绩项目的设计方或总承包方X根据本项目批准的初步设计，投标人本次投标方案的储煤量不得小于X,Xm3。
同时受场地边界条件限制，投标人储煤系统投标方案的占地范围不得大于Xm×Xm含土建结构，全部储煤系统设施含土建结构及设备不得超出上述范围，与进料皮带输送机的接口高度不得高于Xm。
如投标人的方案不能满足上述容量和边界条件的限制要求，其投标文件及报价将被招标人拒绝。
Accordingtotheapprovedbasicdesignconceptofthisproje,thedesignedcoalstorageamountshallnotbelessthanXm3AsboundedbytheA/Vailablesite,theoccupationareaofentirecoalstoragesystemdesignedbytheTenderer,includingallauxiliaryequipment,systemandcivilstruure,shallnotbelargerthanXm*XmTheinterfacebetweenthecoalstoragesystemandtheinfeedbeltconveyorshallnotbehigherthanXmIftheTenderer'sproposalcan’tsubstantiallysatisfythelimitationsoftheboundarycondition,hisproposalandquotationwillberejeedbytheTendereeX投标的产品若采用引进技术的，投标人应提供相关的授权文件，以证明X场。
同时，投标人应承诺：若投标的产品引起相关知识产权纠纷的，所造成的后果均由投标人承但X投标人应提供同类型设备的业绩文件，包括设备使用单位、合同签订时间、安装投产时间和设备运行情况的说明以及设备曾经发生过的缺陷以及改进效果。
