Eligibility
1. All interested tenderers will hA/Ve to apply as Specially Registered Contraors (SRC).
2. Pre-Qualification application forms are obtainable from this website. All completed application forms must be submitted together with the tender bid by:
7 February 2018 (Wednesday) not later than 11.00am (Singapore Date & Time).
3. The Specially Registered Contraors (SRC) will need to provide evidence of the approval granted from authorities, National Environment Agency and Building & Construion Authority (to utilise the fly ash in cement / concrete application) together with the tender submission and/or not later than one month from the date of award of the tender close on 7 February 2018.
4. Track record in utilization of similar fly ash in cement application complying with SS EN 197-1:2008 including ASTM465 standard (utilization of up to 5% weight in blended cement).
5. Equipment A/Vailable locally in Singapore to process the fly ash. Equipment like silo, blending and processing facility will need to be A/Vailable and ready to process at the point of award. There will need to be adequate fleet of dedicated tankers (at least 20 tons capacity) to offtake the fly ash 4-6 loads of fly ash daily.
6. Provide proof of management and operation including quality control and relevant laboratory analysis / testing capability (fly ash management organisation and experience of technical personnel. The fly ash team will need to ensure continuous offtake of the fly ash, perform regular quality control test (internal and external) that ensure compliance to SS EN-197-1:2008.
7. Provide evidence of existing customers that can offtake the finished produ made from the fly ash. The customers’ offtake should minimally be able to utilize all the fly ash generated.
