2.1建设地点：玉林市

2.2建设规模：玉林供电局2017年第一批农网改造升级工程施工招标共计12个项目，各标段、项目规模见附件《玉林供电局2017年第一批农网改造升级工程施工招标招标概况表》。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2.4招标范围：招标内容：施工图纸范围内的配电网建筑、安装及调试工程，配合完成营配一体化信息资料测录，负责办理相关施工许可手续及线路工程占地及青苗赔偿工作。以及完成招标文件规定的工程项目所需的各项工作。全面开展样板点的标准建设工作。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>线路（含台区）部分：施工图纸范围内的送电线路（含台区）安装、调试工程。包括：本体工程、杆塔基占地及青苗赔偿、沿线建（构）筑物拆迁补偿、旧电力线路（含台区）拆除和运输、线路参数测试、线路（含台区）改建（新建）后负荷转接、杆塔三牌购置及安装、杆塔回路色标牌、旧电力线路更换杆号牌、施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。不包括：水土保持项目验收及补偿、巡线与检修站工程，整套启动试运等。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>电缆线路部分：施工图纸范围内的电缆线路建筑、安装、调试工程。包括：本体工程、征地及青苗赔偿、沿线建（构）筑物的拆除、沿线的管线迁移、道路施工期临时占用、路面破除及恢复工作、旧电缆线路拆除和运输、电缆线路参数测试、管道光缆敷设、线路牌挂牌、电缆线路参数测试、光缆的测量及接续、施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。10kV交联聚乙烯电力电缆交接、预防性试验采用振荡波局放测试试验和现场交流耐压试验相结合的方式开展。不包括：水土保持项目验收及补偿、巡线与检修站工程，整套启动试运等变电部分：施工图纸范围内的变电建筑、安装、调试及改扩建站负荷转移工程。包括：“三通一平”，红线图内附属物拆迁，改扩建站建筑物、设备拆除及运输，站内消防及报装报验，电缆防火措施材料及安装，载波通信及光通信设备的安装调试，二次防雷系统、图像监控系统及五防系统配合厂家安装调试，微机监控系统的分系统调试，站区绿化、变电站安健环设施，施工单位配合整套启动试运及协助相关工作。不包括：变电站场地建设场地征用、变电站整套启动调试。
