normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>本有源配电网条件下配电网投资规模与效益分析已由以 《关于下达广东电网公司2017年电力规划专题研究项目计划的通知》（广电计〔2017〕13号）批准建设，建设资金为自筹，

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2. 项目概况与招标范围

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2.1建设地点：广东省佛山市

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2.2建设规模：佛山供电局有源配电网条件下配电网投资规模与效益分析项目，本项目总投资为：80万元。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2.3招标范围：

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（1）研究有源配电网的各种分布式电源出力特性对负荷特性及配电网规划的影响；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（2）研究不同分布式电源规模条件下配变变压器、线路等建设规模、配置方案等；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（3）研究各种配置方案的技术经济性和投资效益，提出合理可行的推荐模式和规划方案；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（4）结合佛山的近期和中长期的发展规划，研究分布式电源集中区域的有源配电网建设方案。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>3. 投标人资格要求

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>1）在中国人民共和国境内注册，具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2）具备火电专业咨询资质丙级及以上资质，或具有相关业绩的科研企事业单位或大专及以上院校；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>3) 本项目不接受联合体投标。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>4.

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>4.1凡有意参加投标者，请于2017年5月10日至2017年5月16日，每日09时30分至11时30分，14时00分至16时00分（北京时间），购买招标文件。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>4.2购买招标文件时需提交以下资料：

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（1）企业法定代表人证明、授权委托书（如有）；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（2）企业营业执照、资质证明（含本公告第3项所有内容，且原件备查）；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（3）投标报名申请表（原件一份），格式详见公告附件1；

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>（4）招标文件领取记录表-粤西代表处（详见附件2）。
