normalCxSpMiddle align=left style='margin-top:6.0pt;text-align: left;line-height:25.0pt'>2.1项目概况：物资需求预测属于物资供应链中的重要环节，为后续的招标采购、标包划分等提供决策依据。但需求预测管理效果与网公司供应链管理目标相比，仍存在缺乏统一的需求计划制度流程及规范、一线人员缺乏专业指导以及系统支撑度不足等典型问题，从而影响了需求计划上报的效率和准确率。因此，优化需求预测管理业务，建立符合供应链管理要求的需求预测计划协同流程，提升需求预测工作的效率和质量，从而达成物资管理指标管控要求。拟开展需求预测管理研究项目。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:25.0pt'> （1）按国家电子招标投标法有关规定和电子交易平台技术要求，凡有意参加投标者，需先行完成系统登记注册和审核，并办理供应商数字证书（办理流程见网站下载中心数字证书办理指南），为避免耽误招标文件购买及投标，请在标书发售截至时间前2天完成供应商登记（提交登记信息时请选择“”为审核单位），审核通过后，供应商凭申请的
