normal style="text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:22.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >本招标项目潮州110千伏磷溪输变电等4项工程监理 已由潮州市发展和改革局以潮发改核准【2018】2号、潮发改核准【2018】3号、潮发改核准【2018】5号批准建设，项目建设单位为潮州 ，建设资金为自有资金及银行贷款， 项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的建设监理进行公开招标。

2.1建设 10kV新建2组5MVar并联电容器装置。对侧220kV卧岭站扩建110kV间隔工程：扩建2个110千伏出线间隔，及相应的测控、保护、远动设备。

normal style="line-height:22.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >架空路径长度约6.88km，全线按单回路设计。导线每相采用1根JL/LB1A-120/25型铝包钢芯铝绞线。 35kV建饶至新丰送电线路工程 ，采用三芯铜导体截面3×240mm2，单回路电缆敷设，长度为0.18km，敷设方式为电缆沟。

3.1具有独立法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照。

3.2资质要求：具备工程监理综合资质或电力工程监理乙级或以上资质。 。
