一、招标条件
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >受中国水利水电第四工程局有限公司第二分局机电工程管理中心（以下简称“招标人”）委托，中国水利水电第四工程局有限公司第二分局（以下简称“招标机构”）以公开招标方式采购钢岔管打压闷头及附件材料，采购材料计划的使用人是第二分局机电工程管理中心，采购材料计划使用项目自有资金用于本次招标后所签订合同的支付。
二、项目概况、招标范围

normal style="margin-top:12.0000pt;margin-bottom:12.0000pt;text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >沂蒙抽水蓄能电站位于山东省临沂市费县境内，距费县公路里程24km。电站对外交通便利，下水库有垛南公路可达费县县城。工程总装机容量为1200MW，地下厂房内安装4台单机容量为300MW的混流可逆式水轮发电机组，为大（1）型一等工程。电站由上水库、输水系统、地下厂房、地面开关站及下水库等建筑物组成。电站建成以后，供电范围为山东电网，主要供电鲁南地区，承担山东电网调峰、填谷、调频、调相、负荷备用、事故备用等任务。主要由上水库、输水系统、地下厂房系统、下水库、补水系统等建筑物组成。

说明：本次提供的图纸只做投标用，制作时另提供详细制造图纸
3、投标报价为综合性单价，在供方合同执行期内不予调整；
4、交货
5、交货时间：详见第六章《需求一览表》。
6、质量要求：
（1）符合设计图纸、《山东沂蒙抽水蓄能电站钢岔管制造分包合同》（合同编号：7100007589）、GB/T25198《压力容器封头》等相关标准规范要求。保证所供材料或产品必须严格遵守国家和行业标准中的强制性规定。质量遇有矛盾时，按国家最高标准行。
（2）质量保证期限：1年。
（3）经检验不合格货物退场处理，并承相关违约责任。
