normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>注：以上招标数量仅为参考数量，实际需求量与招标数量存在偏差，最终结算量为根据工程需要经验收合格的实际供货品种和数量,若因设计变更等原因，致使投资规模、工程量或供货品种、供货时间发生较大规模改变，采购量及采购品种相应调整，投标人应予以接受，并不得以此作为调价和索赔依据。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:28.0pt'>（2）对于所供商品混凝土离析、塌落度、分层超规范以及影响工程使用的情况，招标人有权拒收。商品混凝土不应夹杂有不符合规范要求的骨料、外加剂、掺合料等原材料。如送到现场的商品混凝土观感质量不符合标准规范要求，招标人有权退货或拒付货款，投标人必须在当天将不合格商品混凝土清出现场。如因上述原因造成买方停工损失，投标人需予以违约赔偿。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:28.0pt'>（3）投标人所供商品混凝土塌落度、配合比检测等应无条件服从业主、监理工程师、招标人的抽检。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:28.0pt'>（4）计量方式：以现场实际供货量为准，招标人随时抽样检验。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:28.0pt'>（5）检查每批商品混凝土的外表质量，商品混凝土外观检查不应有离析、塌落度、分层现象，并应有出厂检验报告。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt; line-height:28.0pt'>投标人必须满足以下全部资格要求：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>1、投标人必须为生产厂家，必须是在中国陕西省境内注册的企业法人，生产
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>2、投标人应具有房屋建筑工程供货业绩，在近3年内的供货合同不少于 3 个，且签订单项合同金额均在 400 万元以上（附合同扫描件或中标通知书等证明文件，一份中标通知书所属的多份合同总额为1个合同），应具有商品混凝土供应的专业人员和组织货源的能力和经验。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>3、投标人财务状况良好，近三年没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>4、投标人必须为增值税一般纳税人，具有开具增值税专用发票的能力。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>5、本次招标，代理商禁止投标。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>6、本次投标不接受联合体投标。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>7、投标人不存在《中华人民共和国招标投标法》、《中华人民共和国招标投标法实施条例》禁止投标的情形。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:28.0pt'>8、投标人如有不良行为记录，招标人有权拒绝其投标。
