normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>1.在中华人民共和国境内注册的具有独立的法人资格，具有本次采购供货能力的制造商，具有合法有效的营业执照，且没有处于被责令停业、财产被接管、冻结、破产情况；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>2.法定代表人或单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加同一标段或未划分标段的同一项目的竞争；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>3.投标设备近三年（投标截止之日算起）应有至少完成过3项招标同类设备供货且运行成功的业绩，其中，用于生物降解材料改性或生物降解塑料制品生产的设备供货业绩不少于2项；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:150%'>4.投标人未被市场监督管理机关在“全国企业信用信息公示系统”中列入严重违法失信企业；未被最高人民法院在“信用中国”网站（）列入失信被执行人；
