项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的 / 施工进行公开招标。
1.2 本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目 四川省农业农村厅 （核准机关名称）核准（招标事项核准文号为 川农函〔2023〕709号 ）的招标组织形式为 委托招标 。
招标人选择的招标代理机构是 四川鼎跃工程项目管理 。

2.1.2 建设规模及内容：本项目总占地面积600亩。
其中实验室改造600㎡，配套功能室改造1200平方米、机械库改造1000㎡；土地平整改良600亩、喷灌系统建设600亩、排灌渠系建设2500米、防虫网2亩、田间远程监控系统1套、田间作业道路9500㎡、围栏3512米、机耕道1520米、蓄水池310m3。
购置相关仪器设备602台（套）。

招标人将对本项目中标单位业绩核查，对弄虚做假的企业将取消中标资格并没收保证金 ），并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。
