normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.1 具有独立企业法人资格，具备年检合格的营业执照、税务登记证及有效的资质等级证书；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.2 具备《中华人民共和国特种设备安装改造维修许可证》()A级资质；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.3.技术负责人必须具有国家承认的电气或机械专业高级工程师以上职称，从事特种设备技术和施工管理工作5年以上，并不得在其他单位兼职；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.4 持相应作业项目资格证书的特种设备作业人员等技术工人不少于15人；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.5本工程招标不接受联合体投标；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.6已在广州公共资源交易中心办理投标IC卡。

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.企业法定代表人证明书及其授权委托书（原件，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.有效的企业营业执照副本等（复印件加盖公章，原件备查，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4. 中华人民共和国特种设备安装改造维修许可证、技术负责人职称证、15个特种设备作业人员证书等（复印件加盖公章，原件备查，一份）。
