normal style='margin-left:21.75pt;line-height:150%'>3、招标内容：本项目为标志标线翻新专项工程施工监理，监理内容包括内环路（城市快速路）及其放射线的交通标线、交通标志、其他交通设施等项目的翻新改造监理，具体如下：1）交通标线：铲除路面现有交通标线，采用热熔型反光环保材料或双组份材料，重新涂画路面标线。2）交通标志：拆除现状道路两侧的交通标志版面，保留现有杆件及基础，更换版面。对反光突起路标、轮廓标、波形护栏、活动拉闸等相关设施进行翻新、更换。具体以施工图纸、工程量清单及相关文件规定为准。

normal style='text-indent:24.25pt;line-height:150%'>4、监理范围：本项目的施工准备阶段、施工阶段、工程收尾阶段（包括但不限于竣工验收、整改、工程移交及实物移交、工程结算等）及工程质量保修阶段的质量控制、安全生产监督管理、投资控制、进度控制、合同管理、信息管理、组织协调等监理工作。监理人还须按发包人的要求提前进场参与开工前期的准备和筹划工作，协助发包人制定各参建方职责及有关事务性工作等。
