normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）项目名称：2017年玉溪供电局新平供电有限公司营业厅修理；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）采购内容：对即将新建成的者竜、水塘2个营业厅安装安全防护栏，主要内容为加装防护玻砖，将营业区与客户区隔离；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）工期要求：自签订合同之日起30个日历天。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（4）标包划分：不划分。
normal style='line-height:150%'>2、谈判申请单位资格要求：
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（1）须经国家工商行政管理部门登记注册，具有独立承担民事责任能力，持有合法有效的营业执照，没有处于被责令停业或破产状态，且资产未被重组、接管和冻结。
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（2）须符合云南电网有限责任公司《关于进一步规范公司业主单位向职工持股企业采购管理的通知》（云电物资【2015】147号文）的规定且提供《投标人关联企业情况声明》；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（3）最近三年内没有骗取中标和严重违法、违约及重大工程质量问题，在中国南方电网有限责任公司范围内无不良记录；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（4）须具有建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（5）须具有有效的《安全生产许可证》。
normal style='text-indent:21.1pt;line-height:150%'>（6）本项目不接受联合体投标；

normal style='line-height:150%'>3、竞争性谈判文件的获取
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）凡有意参加投标者，请于2017年5月27日至2017年6月2日，每日上午08时30分至11时30分、下午13时30分至17时30分（北京时间，下同）办理报名事宜。
