normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>1、项目概况：委托具有资质的单位对发电机灭火系统、主变灭火系统、通信机房灭火系统、乃格值班楼消防系统、调压井通信机房消防系统、罗平办公楼通信机房消防系统、透平油库消防系统、厂房火灾报警系统进行定期维护保养、综合年检及应急维修服务。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>（1）8套火灾报警（灭火）系统的维保及年检。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>（3）维保服务过程中提供单件单价200元以下的器材。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>(3)没有因违反规定被南方电网公司限制参与报价资格。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>(4)同一法人的企业或有隶属关系（母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司）的企业只允许一家参与，报价人提供关联企业情况说明。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>1、本项目采购人通过南方电网公司阳光电子商务平台（登录网址：www.bidding.csg.cn）实施电子化采购报价。凡有意参加报价者，请于2017年05月27日10时00分00秒至2017年06月02日17时30分00秒下载加盖调峰调频发电公司鲁布革水力发电厂招标专用电子章的电子版采购文件，过期无法购买。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>(1) 供应商在购买采购文件前需完成注册登记并审核通过，供应商要为注册登记预留足够的时间，由于报价人自身原因，截至采购文件发售时间尚未完成注册登记审核造成无法及时进行采购文件购买后果由报价人承担。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>(2) 供应商必须在报价截止日期前完成数字证书的办理，供应商要为数字办理预留足够的时间，由于报价人自身原因造成无法投标报价的，由报价人承担责任。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>(3) 按国家电子招标投标法有关规定和电子交易平台技术要求，凡有意参加投标报价者，需先行完成系统登记注册和审核（具体见2016年3月1日网站发布的南方电网公司供应商登记公告），并办理供应商数字证书（办理流程见网站下载中心数字证书办理指南），为避免耽误采购文件购买及投标报价，请在采购文件发售截至时间前2天完成供应商登记（提交登记信息时请选择“调峰调频发电公司”为审核单位），审核通过后，供应商凭申请的账号、密码登陆电商系统购买采购文件，并在购买标书5日内办理数字证书。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>须同时提交1份正本纸质版报价文件。（通过电子商务系统投标客户端生成的文件打印。）以及从电子商务系统上面完成报价后下载的报价文件的电子版U盘1份。纸质报价文件必须签字盖章，并密封递交。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>1、本次采购采取公开竞争性谈判采购方式，公告在南方电网公司阳光电子商务平台（www.bidding.csg.cn）发布，采购公告将明确对报价人的资格要求、发售采购文件的日期和地点等事宜。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:130%'>2、未能通过资格后审的报价文件将视同无效报价，不再进入价格评审阶段，由此发生的一切费用和后果自负。
