normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>（1）、本项目为疗休养活动服务项目。
normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>（2）、休养时间为7月至10月，每条线路每批均为5天（非周末）。
normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>（3）、本次休养路线分6条，分别是线路二：丽水、缙云线；线路三：江山、丽水线；线路四：宁海、象山线；线路五：舟山线；线路六：天台、临海线；线路七：嵊泗线。

normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>1、符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条供应商应当具备的条件和浙财采监【2013】24号《关于规范政府采购供应商资格设定及资格审查的通知》第六条规定。

normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%; layout-grid-mode:char'>3、特定资格条件：取得旅游管理部门旅游经营许可的旅行社。2016年无被管理部门处罚情况（包括单位及投入本项目人员，以杭州市旅游电子政务网上处罚公告日期为准）。

normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>2、法定代表人授权委托书原件

normal style='margin:2.7pt;text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目投标人的资格仍需接受评标委员会审查。投标人应在投标文件中按招标文件的规定和要求附上所有的资格证明文件，要求提供的复印件必须加盖单位公章，并在必要时提供原件备查。
