二、 采购酒店要求
II. Requirements of the procurement item
1、星级要求：四星级（含）以上酒店，如由于城市条件限制可以选择三星级酒店。
Star level: four-star hotel or higher. Three-star hotel can be accepted in
resource-limited cities.
2、价格要求：供应商提供的价格必须低于市场价格。
Price: the price shall be lower than the market price.
3、房型要求：供应商需有标准单人间与标准双人间。
Room type: standard single room and standard twin room.
4、安全要求：满足国家法律规定的消防安全、车辆安全、餐食安全、客房安全和其他设施安全的要求。
Safety requirement: fire safety, vehicle safety, food safety, room safety
and other equipment safety standards shall meet the laws and regulations
issued by the authorities.
5、餐食要求：用餐时间,早餐：5:40-10:00、午餐：10:50-13:30、晚餐：17:00-20:00、夜宵：21：00后。
Meal time: breakfast from 05:40-10:00; lunch 10:50-13:30; Dinner:
17:00-20:30
6、结算要求：供应商需在每月底将清单、结算发票、账单附件（飞行任务书、用餐登记表、费用总账单、车辆登记表、洗衣单）寄给采购单位审核。
Settlement documents: the supplier shall send us the detailed list,
invoices, attachments (mission sheet, meal form, vehicle form, laundry
form) in the end of every month.
7、其他要求：免费提供洗衣服务、免费上网服务、免费健身服务等增值服务。
Other requirements: free laundry for crew uniform, free wifi /internet
access, free use of fitness center.
