3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：The bidder must be manufaurer or unique agent authorized by manufaurer aimed at the proje, otherwise the bid will be rejeed. If the bidder bids for agent, the bidder needs to provide certificate of authorization and commitment letter of delivery and service provided by manufaurer, both issued by manufaurer, otherwise the bid will be rejeed. (1) Bidder inside the Customs area shall provide: the duplicates of its valid Business License, Organization Code Certificate, Tax Registration Certificate or the duplicate of its Business License that integrates the above-mentioned three certificates with the unified social credit code or the duplicate of Legal Person’s Registration of Institutions. Bidder outside the Customs are shall provide: Business Registration/Business Certificate; (2) Bidder shall be independent legal entity with the registered capital or net asset of no less than 10 million RMB or equivalent in foreign currency; (3) Bidder shall provide its duplicates of the ISO9001 or AS9100 Quality System Certification within valid period.
