normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>四、投标单位必须具备以下条件：

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>1.具有独立法人资格，持合法有效的企业法人营业执照；建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证且在有效期内。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.具备电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质或输变电工程专业承包三级及以上资质。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.具备《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证》承修类三级及以上许可。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.项目经理（项目负责人）应具有机电工程专业或水利水电工程专业二级及以上注册建造师（根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业）；拟派技术负责人具备电气专业中级职称及以上资格，拟派专职安全生产管理人员具备专职安全员资格。

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>5.无违规违法行为，在工程所在地政府及中国南方电网有限责任公司、广东电网有限责任公司没有处于限制投标资格的处罚；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>7.企业在广州公共资源交易中心办理企业信息登记，且拟担任本工程项目经理（项目负责人）须是本企业登记信息中的在册人员。

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>六、报名投标的单位需提交以下资料：

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>1.投标报名申请表（原件，二份，单独递交，格式见广州公共资源交易中心网站，自行下载）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.企业法定代表人证明书及其授权委托书（原件，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.有效的企业营业执照副本、安全生产许可证等（复印件加盖公章，原件备查，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>八、招标公告发布及报名时间：2017年6月15日至2017年6月21日（节假日除外）每天09:30时至11:00时，14:00时至16:00时。

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>九、招标文件：本次招标文件以电子版（光盘或U盘）或纸质版发出，招标文件每套售价200元，售后不退。
