normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>1.投标报名申请表（原件，二份，单独递交，格式见广州公共资源交易中心网站，自行下载）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>2.企业法定代表人证明书及其授权委托书（原件，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>3.有效的企业营业执照副本（复印件加盖公章，原件备查，一份）；

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>4.资格证书、项目负责人证书等（复印件加盖公章，原件备查，一份）。

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>八、招标公告发布及报名时间：2017年6月15日至2017年6月21日（节假日除外）每天09:30时至11:00时，14:00时至16:00时。

normal style='line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly'>九、招标文件：本次招标文件以电子版（光盘或U盘）或纸质版发出，招标文件每套售价200元，售后不退。
