1.4.3  工程勘察费最高投标限价为 21万元。岩土工程勘探费用：按照承发包双方确认的实际工程量（投标时由招标人暂定工程量：1050米）乘以中标综合包干单价结算，综合单价为200元/米，该单价已包括所有实物工作收费、技术工作收费、税金等全部费用，该部分费用暂定为：35万元

1.4.4沉降观测费最高投标限价为2.88万元。：共设置80个沉降观测点，沉降观测次 数为6次，分别在开工前，完工后及交工后，按广州市南沙开发区土地开发中心的收费标准为60元/点·次计算，沉降观测费用为：2.88万元。如中标人无工程测量或CMA (含“沉降”内容) 证书的允许专业分包。
