normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:150%'>包括广州市城市规划展览中心五至九层室内精装修工程、墙身竖向封堵工程、给排水管线及洁具安装工程、灯具安装工程末端（不包含应急照明）；七至九层西连廊的装饰及栏杆制安工程；中庭七层景观平台天棚、墙面装饰工程；壁画装饰工程等（不涉及改变主体结构）。具体内容以招标文件、工程量清单、招标图纸及有关资料为准。

normal style='text-indent:26.95pt;line-height:150%'>投标人具有承接本工程所需的建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级或以上级别施工专业承包资质，或相应的建筑装饰装修工程设计与施工资质（以资质证书许可范围为准，在有效期内）；投标人拟担任本工程项目负责人的人员为：建筑工程专业一级注册建造师。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:150%'>注：（1）资格审查文件组成见招标文件投标须知第11.2.3条，对于取自投标人在广州市房建和市政企业库内上传件的，企业库记录的该部分上传件将被视为投标人递交投标文件（资格审查资料）的一部分。评标委员会对该部分资料的审查以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库上传件为依据（合格条件第9项的诚信档案取自企业库内的信息）。其中项目负责人和专职安全人员的安全培训考核合格证明提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统相应人员信息资料的打印页的，则该项信息不取自企业库。若招标人延长递交投标文件时间，以延长递交投标文件截止时在广州市房建和市政企业库内的上传件为依据,且投标人应及时维护相关上传件，确保各项上传件的有效性。（2）未在招标公告第九条单列的资审合格条件，不作为资审不合格的依据。
