normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:22.0pt'>本2016年第二批备用金计划丹寨供电局项目施工招标（项目名称）已由 都匀供电局以 都供计〔2016〕478号批准建设，项目建设单位为贵州电网有限责任公司都匀供电局，建设资金为贵州电网有限责任公司统一筹集，招标人为贵州电网有限责任公司都匀供电局。项目已具备采购条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开竞争性谈判。

2.1建设地点：黔东南州丹寨县
2.2建设规模：中压配电网：新建10千伏架空线8.69千米；
低压配电网：新建/改造台区共5个，低压线路共4.583千米，其中400伏及以下低压线路长度为4.583千米，新建配变4台，容量为200 千伏安；TTU装置4台，其中标准台架变4台，容量为200千伏安；TTU装置4台。
（最终按施工图设计评审意见确定工程量为准）

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>2.4招标范围： 图纸和设计文件范围内的配电网建筑、安装及调试工程，拆除物资的运输保管，负责完成营配一体化信息的资料收集和移交，负责办理相关施工许可手续，负责完成青苗赔偿工作。施工图纸范围内的建筑、安装、调试工程以及完成招标文件规定的工程项目所需的各项工作 （具体内容详见招标文件）。

normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>5. 投标文件的递交
normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>5.1 投标文件递交的截止时间（北京时间，下同）为2017年07月03日09时30分00秒，地点为中国南方电网阳光电子商务平台自行上传电子投标文件（纸质投标文件递交：贵州省都匀市斗篷山路都匀供电局检修基地物流服务中心）（不接受邮寄方式递交）。
normal style='line-height:22.0pt'>5.2 逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点或未按要求密封的投标文件，招标人不予受理。
