1、报价文件递交方式：电子报价文件通过阳光电子商务平台（www.bidding.csg.cn）上传递交，纸质及电子版（U盘）报价文件在开标现场递交，如电子报价文件和纸质版报价文件不一致时，以阳光电子商务平台（www.bidding.csg.cn）上传的电子报价文件为准。
2、报价截止时间：2017年7月18日9时30分00秒（北京时间，下同）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>本项目通过南方电网公司电子商务系统（登录网址：http://www.bidding.csg.cn）实施电子化采购报价。凡有意参加报价者，请于2017年6月22日10时00分00秒至2017年6月29日18时00分00秒在网上购买谈判文件，过期无法购买。
