normal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 23pt">3）、必须是已在江西省公共资源交易网注册的投标人；并办理江西省CA数字证书和电子签章的单位；

normal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 23pt">5）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录（提供投标人书面承诺函）

normal style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%">4、有意向的投标人可从22017年6月23日起至2017年6月30日登录江西省公共资源门户网站下载招标文件，未在规定时间内下载招标文件电子版的投标人其投标将被拒绝。
