Eligibility criteria:
1) qualification requirements of tendering units: the software system used by the bidder must hA/Ve clear intelleual property rights, otherwise, the dispute arising from intelleual property rights shall be held by the bidder.
2) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
