Qualification requirements :
(1) The tenderer should hA/Ve the record that the main equipment (planar scanning bracket and the rotating pedestal) in this tender has been used and more than 3 (3 included) sets of above-mentioned similar produs hA/Ve been sold in mainland China over the past 5 years, and should provide the contra copy (deletion of sensitive information is allowed, yet signature pages must be included.) and certificates (i.e. acceptance report, etc.) for system accuracies as well as corresponding certification materials for the sales list including the user contas and telephones.
*(2) The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Main technical requirements:
1.Frequency range: 0.4 GHz~40 GHz
2.The single frequency and multi-frequency sweeping, and test capability for combined direional diagrams for single beam and simultaneous multi-beam as well as simultaneous multi-frequency and multi-beam should be A/Vailable. The Max. number of frequency points for sweeping should be at least 512 while the Max. number for beam to be measured simultaneously should be at least 512.
3.The measurement capability for continuous wA/Ve and pulse of the antenna to be tested should be A/Vailable. It is required that the pulse-modulated signals come from the test system interior or exterior. The pulse width and period of the pulse-modulated signals generated from the interior should be changeable. The Min. pulse width should be 5 us and the duty ratio should be at least 1%.
4.Absolute gain accuracy: ± 1 dB
Relative accuracy (repeatability): ± 0.1 dB
