TP Utilities Pte. Ltd. invites Specially Registered Contraors (SRC) to tender for:-
Provision Of Short Term Coal Shipping Services For Tembusu Multi-Utilities Complex, Jurong Island For Year 2018 and 2019 ( NO: 40006462)
Eligibility
1. All interested tenderers shall apply as Specially Registered Contraors (SRC) for pre-qualification. All successful applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of this SRC application and will be invited to purchase the tender documents.
2. SRC application forms will be A/Vailable from 19 January 2018 from 10 am onwards.

3. The Specially Registered Contraors would be responsible to transport coal from Coal loading Ports mainly from Kalimantan, Indonesia to Discharge Port located in Jurong Island, Singapore including all administrative procedures required for shipping documents, cargo clearance and import/export permits.
Vessel requirement is as follows:
No Vessel Specification Requirement / Preference
i. Length Overall (LOA) (maximum) : < 130.00 m
ii. Breadth Overall (BOA) (maximum) : < 30.00 m
iii. Draft (maximum) : < 6.00 m
iv. Dead Weight Ton (maximum) : < 12,000 MT
v. Gear / gearless : Gearless
vi. Designed Berthing Speed (maximum) : ~ 0.2 m/s
vii. Age : < 20 years
viii. Classification : IACS
ix. Flag : Indonesian
4. All completed SRC application forms (including all supporting documents) shall be submitted via email to Mr. Jahger Hussain at jahger_hussain@tuaspower.com.sg by 02 February 2018 not later than 11:00 am.
only applications from companies that submit evidence of experience and track records in carrying out services of such similar nature will be considered.
5. SRC application forms received by normal post, by facsimile or after the stipulated date & time, or submitted elsewhere will not be considered.
6. Application form which is not duly completed may affe the firm's application to be a Specially Registered Contraor.
7. TP Utilities Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reje any application without hA/Ving to assign any reason for its decision. All cost and expenses incurred in conneion with these applications shall be borne by the applicants.
