normalCxSpMiddle align=left style="margin-top:6.0pt;text-align: left;text-indent:20.25pt;line-height:150%">线路走廊清理：特殊线路段（经过经济作物区、公共绿化带等）清理，超高树木砍伐，含将树木从现场清理及运走到园林部门指定地点，对特殊工作条件的提供高台斩树车等服务。中标方负责到政府相关职能部门办理斩树的许可审批手续。由中标方负责将被斩树木清理出现场及完成后续处理工作及费用。
normalCxSpMiddle align=left style="margin-top:6.0pt;text-align: left;text-indent:20.25pt;line-height:150%">采用报费率进行公开招标，投标人按国家规定的收费标准报下浮费率，结算时按照甲方指定造价公司的标段审定价乘以（1-下浮费率）乘以工程量进行结算，乙供物资材料按照审定价100%结算。所列百分比结果应保留两位小数。如：1.88％。按费率报价时，投标人按国家规定的收费标准报下浮费率，投标人所报的下浮费率不低于0%的为有效报价。

normal align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%">本项目招标人通过南方电网公司电子商务系统（登录网址：www.bidding.csg.cn）实施电子化招标投标。凡有意参加投标者，请先在系统进行报名操作（即购买文件待审核状态），再于2018年 2 月 14 日09时00分00秒至2018年 2 月 26 日16时30分00秒（北京时间，双休日及节假日除外）到广州电力工程监理有限公司（广州市天河南一路1号，天河城东门对面）八楼前台递交报名资料（纸质版）并办理相关购买确认手续（建议至少提前一天办理），过期无法购买。招标文件每套售价200元（现场支付，只接受刷卡或支票，不收取现金），售后不退。报名提交资料（一式两份，如为多标段项目按项目提交即可）：

normal align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%">（1）按国家电子招标投标法有关规定和电子交易平台技术要求，凡有意参加投标者，需先行完成系统登记注册和审核（具体见网站发布的南方电网公司供应商登记公告），并办理供应商数字证书（办理流程见网站下载中心数字证书办理指南），为避免耽误招标文件购买及投标，请在标书发售截至时间前2天完成供应商登记（提交登记信息时请选择“中国南方电网有限责任公司”为审核单位），审核通过后，供应商凭申请的账号、密码登陆电商系统购买标书，并在购买标书5日内办理数字证书。供应商要为注册登记预留足够的时间，若截至招标文件发售截止时间，由于供应商自身原因，尚未完成注册登记审核造成无法及时进行购买的，后果由供应商自行承担。
