1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
1) 设备制造商具有10年以上设计、制造该类设备的经验，国内外销售业绩良好，在中国境内应有不少于5台同类型机床正在使用，且用户反映良好，提供与本次投标同型号机床近2年主要用户清单。
*2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
*1）加工滚刀直径φ30～≥φ200mm，模数0.5～≥8mm，滚刀螺旋角：0～≥±12°，最大铲磨长度≥250mm。
*2）加工滚刀各项精度不低于GB/T6084、ISO4468 4A级或DIN3968 AAA级。

Qualification requirements :
1）The equipment manufaurer has more than 10 years' experience in designing and manufauring such equipment. Domestic and foreign sales performance is good. There should be no less than 5 types of machine tools in use in China with good user response. Provide the main user list of the machine tool for 2 years.
*2）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra of the proje. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the produ is imported produs and must import contras, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contras, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.
*1）The diameter of the machining hob is 30 ~ more than 200mm. Modulus :0.5 ~ greater than 8mm. Hob spiral Angle: 0 ~ + 12 ° or higher. The maximum grinding length is greater than 250mm.
