normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly">2、招标内容：本项目位于广州市花都区花山镇平山大街西侧，第一中学北部，新建体育馆一幢，占地面积约1892平方米，建筑面积为8200平方米，地下一层，地上三层，采用框架结构，层高5.0-7.0米，总高23.85米，以及对室外400米运动场进行升级改造，改造面积为21427平方米。

normal style="text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly">3、监理范围：监理内容已包括了全过程施工内容的监理工作，包括但不限于以下内容：本项目的施工准备阶段、施工阶段、工程收尾阶段（包括但不限于竣工验收、整改、工程移交及实物移交、工程结算等）及工程质量保修阶段的质量控制、安全生产监督管理、投资控制、进度控制、合同管理、信息管理、组织协调等监理工作。监理人还须按招标人的要求提前进场参与开工前期的准备和筹划工作，协助招标人制定各参建方职责及有关事务性工作等。
