1. 招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：
复杂环境三维目标RCS计算软件，1套
技术规格：
*1）具有完备的电磁仿真模块，可覆盖静场、简谐场、瞬态场、微波毫米波、全电磁场谱段的时域全波仿真，覆盖频率范围：1GHz~40GHz；

资金来源：国拨资金
2. 交货地点：CIP北京首都机场/北京市丰台区东高地南大红门路1号院内
交货时间：境外供货：合同签订，接到买方发货通知后30工作日内完成货物装运到目的港，货到买方现场后30工作日内完成安装、调试、验收。
境内供货：合同签订后60工作日内完成安装、调试、验收。
3. 资质要求：
*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件；
*②境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察-院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料。

4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

*1) It is provided with complete eleromagnetic simulation module, which can cover the simulation of full wA/Ve in the time domain of the static field, simple harmonic field, transient field, microwA/Ve and millimeter wA/Ve, whole eleromagnetic field, with covering frequency range of 1GHz ~ 40GHz;

2． Delivery place: CIP Beijing Capital international airport/No. 1 South Dahongmen Road, Donggaodi, Fengtai Distri, Beijing,
Delivery time: Overseas supply: the contra is signed, and the goods are shipped to the port of destination within 30 days after receipt of the buyer's shipping notice. The goods are completed, installed, debugged and checked within 30 days after the goods arrive at the buyer's site.
Domestic supply: completion of installation, commissioning and acceptance within 60 working days after the signing of the contra.
3. Qualification requirements：
*①Bidders shall provide valid business license;
*②Bidders within PRC Customs territory should hA/Ve no bribery and no criminal record. Domestic bidders should provide "The Search Result Notice for No Bribery and No Criminal File" issued by the People's Procuratorate within the validity period as evidence.
