normal style="line-height:150%;mso-pagination:widow-orphan">（1 ）投标人必须是具有独立承担民事责任能力的中华人民共和国境内注册的法人,持有工商行政管理部门核发的法人营业执照，按国家法律经营。
（3）投标人须具备市政公用工程三级或以上级别施工总承包资质。
（4）投标人委派的项目负责人必须具备市政工程或给排水专业二级建造师以上或中级以上职称。

（6）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在政府采购活动中没有重大违法记录（格式自定）；
（7） 投标人必须对项目进行整体投标，不允许仅对其中部分内容进行投标；
（8） 本项目不接受联合体投标。
