1. 招标条件

2.1建设地点：广东省珠海市

normal align=left style="text-align:left;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">2.2建设规模：对110kV唐家变电站、官塘变电站、五山变电站、柠溪变电站接地网进行维护，本项目预计发包价为：250.00万元。

normal align=left style="text-align:left;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">2.3计划工期：合同签订之日起至2018年09月30日（具体的开工日期以合同签订的为准）。

2.4招标范围：110kV唐家站等4个变电站接地网修护项目施工（具体详见招标文件）。

normal style="line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">3. 投标人资格要求

normal style="text-indent:10.5pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">1）、具有独立企业法人资格，持有合法有效的企业法人营业执照及建设行政主管部门颁发的安全生产许可证；

normal style="text-indent:10.5pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">2）、资质要求：具备电力工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，或输变电工程专业承包三级及以上资质；且具备《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证》承修类三级及以上许可；

normal style="text-indent:10.5pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">3）、项目经理（项目负责人）的要求：拟担任本项目的项目负责人应为机电工程或水利水电工程专业二级及以上注册建造师，同时持有项目经理安全生产考核合格证（B类），在投标申请报名单位注册（注：根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业）；

normal style="text-indent:10.5pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0;line-height:20.5pt;mso-line-height-rule:exaly;tab-stops:106.35pt">6）、其他：①已在广州公共资源交易中心办理企业信息登记，且拟担任本工程项目经理（项目负责人）须是本企业登记在册人员；②若投标人（包括投标人的委托人、代理人或与投标人有销售、劳务或服务等关系的其他主体）在参加南方电网公司系统的招投标活动或经济往来等过程中曾经存在违法事件的，自南方电网公司发文公布违法事件之日起，在规定时间内不接受该投标人参与公司的招投标活动，具体时间按《中国南方电网有限责任公司供应商行贿行为信息记录及处置办法》的相关规定执行；③投标人必须按照南方电网公司要求，在阳光电子商务平台（www.biddingdding.csg.cn）上完成办理供应商登记。
