中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航发北京航空材料研究院委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
(1) 制造商在国内外有良好的业绩，至少在世界范围内提供20家用户清单，其中中国大陆用户不少于3家，在国内不得有不良供货记录，并提供中国大陆用户3家用户清单以及合同复印件或验收证明复印件。
*(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
应变测量范围： 0.005% ~ 2000%。（投标商所投设备的应变测量范围应该完全等同或者覆盖指标要求）
采样频率：168Hz～1334Hz。（投标商所投设备的应变测量范围应该完全等同或者覆盖指标要求）
高分辨率CCD测量相机一套，分辨率2400×1728

Qualification requirements :
(1) The manufaurer should enjoy ideal sales performance at home and abroad, provide the list of at least 20 users (including at least 3 users in China mainland) in the world, and be free from adverse supply record in China. The list of 3 users in China mainland and contra copy or acceptance certificate copy should be provided.
*(2)The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
