中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受成都飞机工业(集团)有限责任公司委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.3 项目概况与招标范围：自动换线机构（32轴） 1套
1.4 技术要求：1）本最高投标限价为35万美元。
2）制造商应具有制造同类设备的经验，有销售业绩。（投标书应附用户清单及销售合同的复印件）。制造商在中国有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障，投标文件应附证明材料或相关承诺书。
3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
4）能与激光导线印字机配套使用，实现电线的自动送线功能。
5）能与公司目前已有的英国光谱或者法国Laselec公司激光导线印字机实现数据互联并受上述两个厂家的激光导线印字机的控制，配合完成送线打印工作。
6）最大送线速率120m/min，轴数：32。

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

1）TThe ceiling of tender price for the equipment is USD350,000.00.
2）The manufaurer shall hA/Ve experience in producing the same kind machine, with sales performance. (Attached the user’s list in the bidding document and the copies of sale contras). There shall be agent or maintenance institution from the manufaurer in China for maintenance service for long period, and the certificates or the guarantees should be attached in the bid documents.
3）once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the purchase contra with the buyer in its own name. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
4）The equipment should operate together with the laser wire marker so as to implement the automatic wire feeding funion
5）The equipment should be capable of implementing data association with the existing laser wire marker (produ of British Sperum Technologies or French Laselec company) and be controlled by either of them to assist in wire feeding and marking.
6）Max. Wire-feeding rate: 120 m/min， Number of reels: 32.
