3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1）投标人应具有独立的法人资格，相应的经营范围；
2) 投标人应为投标产品的制造商或取得制造商/ 国内代理商针对本项目的唯一授权；
3）制造商从 2015年起在中国境内有不少于5个业绩（须提供业绩清单）；
4）投标人参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录(自行提交承诺函)；
5) 投标人未被“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
6) 本项目不接受联合体投标。
