1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
*1）投标厂商所投设备的制造商必须有10年以上制造、生产经验，10年以上的销售历史；在国际上有同类型设备的用户10个以上，在中国有同类型设备的用户，提供企业用户清单及合同副本。
*2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*整个控制系统具有自诊断功能，并能根据用户的要求选择手动控制模式或自动控制模式。
*空炉时最高加热温度≥550℃。
*极限真空度≤5×10-4Pa；
*工作真空度≤6.67×10-3Pa；
*压升率≤0.25Pa/h。

Qualification requirements :
*1) The manufacturer of the equipment tendered by the tenderer must be experienced in manufacturing for over 10 years and hA/Ve more than 10 years of sales history. The manufacturer should hA/Ve over 10 users of the similar equipment worldwide and users of the similar equipment in China. In addition, the list of users of the enterprise and contract copies should be provided.
*2)once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contract with the buyer for the foreign trade contract of the project. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the product is imported products and must import contracts, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contracts, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.

*The whole control system should support the self-diagnosis function and it should be feasible to select either manual or automatic control mode based on the user's demands.
