1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
*1）投标厂商所投设备的制造商必须有三年以上制造、生产经验，两年以上的销售史，在中国国内航空企业有不少于2台类似设备。投标厂商应在投标书中提供近年来类似设备在中国国内航空企业热处理行业等领域中使用的情况及数量，并附有至少包括2-4家的航空用户名单。
*2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
主要技术指标：
*最高温度：≥1350℃；
*工作温度：700℃～1250℃；
*炉温均匀性：≤±5℃；
*有效工作区尺寸：1800×1500×1500mm（长×宽×高）；
*最大气淬压力不小于0.6Mpa；
*极限真空度：≤5×10-4Pa（空载冷态）；
*工作真空度：≤5×10-3Pa；
*压升率：≤0.26Pa/h.

Qualification requirements :
*1) The manufacturer of the tendered equipment must hA/Ve more than three years of design, manufacturing and production experience and more than two years of sale experience and at least 2 pieces of similar equipment should be operated in the A/Viation enterprises of China. The manufacturer should provide the operation condition and quantity of the similar equipment in the thermal treatment field and other fields in the A/Viation enterprises of China in recent years in the bidding document, and the list of at least 2~4 A/Viation users should also be attached.
*2)once the bid is successful, the bidder must sign the contract with the buyer for the foreign trade contract of the project. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contract with the buyer, his bid will be abolished. (Note: if the product is imported products and must import contracts, the successful bidder must be in its own name and the buyer or buyer's business agent signed foreign trade contracts, and the company can receive China, within the territory of the foreign exchange to pay.
