2. 资质要求：
*（1）投标人具有有效的营业执照、税务登记证或三证合一后的营业执照，并提供有效的证明文件；
*（2）境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察-院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；
3. 交货的地点和时间：
DDP买方项目现场；
*合同生效后3个月内工厂发运。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2018年7月4日起至2018年7月11日止，每天9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
6. 购买招标文件地点：北京市西城区复兴门外大街A2号中化大厦一楼大厅西侧。

2. Qualification requirements：
*（1）The bidder shall hA/Ve a valid business license, tax registration certificate or business license after the three certificates are combined, and provide valid supporting documents;
*（2）The domestic bidder shall hA/Ve no criminal record of bribery, and provide the “information letter of the results of the investigation of the bribery crime file” issued by the people's procuratorate and within the validity period as the supporting materials.
3. Delivery time and place:
DDP the Buyer’s project site,
*Make delivery from factory within 3 months after contract effectiveness.
