1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）制造商应有8年以上生产经验，提供投标相同型号案例。
*（2）对国外投标商一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
*能测量零件的轮廓尺寸及粗糙度。
*测量范围： 200mm×12.5mm。
*粗糙度精度：≤3%
*轮廓精度：≤0.2μm
*直线度优于或等于：≤ 0.11μm/200mm
*量程:粗糙度≥10mm；形状≥20mm。

Qualification requirements :
(1) The manufacturer shall hA/Ve more than 8 years of production experience and provide bidding cases of the same model.
*(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
*This instrument should be capable of measuring the contour dimension and roughness of parts.
*Measuring range: 200 mm x 12.5 mm
*Accuracy for roughness to be measured: ≤ 3%
*Accuracy for contour to be measured: ≤ 0.2 μm
*Straightness superior or equal to: ≤ 0.11 μm/200 mm
