2. 资质要求：
*（1）投标人具有有效的营业执照、税务登记证或三证合一后的营业执照，并提供有效的证明文件；
*（2）境内投标人应无行贿犯罪记录，并提供由人民检察-院出具且在有效期内的“行贿犯罪档案查询结果告知函”作为证明材料；
3. 交货的地点和时间：
DDP买方项目现场，
*合同生效后3个月内工厂发运。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

2. Qualification requirements：
