4. “Supplier’s proposed multistage pump shall hA/Ve successfully application of at least two sets operating at similar HDPE plants (similar means 300 KMTA Loop Reactor HDPE Plant or greater) worldwide continuously and trouble free for minimum 2 years. Proposed multistage pump product shall be manufactured by workshop meeting up-mentioned reference requirements.” and “Please provide a copy of the supporting documents, including the contract or the user's certificate. The supporting documents shall reflect the date of signing the contract, the scope of supply, the type and size of the equipment, the name of the materials handled, the handling capacity, the put into operation and the operating conditions.” from the original bidding document, that was modified into “Bidder’s proposed pump model (BB5 multistage pump series, volute or diffuser type) shall hA/Ve valid reference (valid reference means the following 5 points shall be met without exception).
1) Pump liquid shall be Hydrocarbon;
2) Pump Liquid relative density <0.7;
3) Pump stage number ≥ 8 stages;
4) Motor power≥ 200kW;
5) One set or more in successful operation for two years or more.
Please provide a copy of the supporting documents, including the contract and the user's certificate. And the supporting document shall be the copy of contract (cleanly reflect the date of signing, the name of end-user, the plant name and capacity, the type and model/size of the equipment, the stage number, the name of the materials handled, the density or relative density, the rated handling capacity, the rated head, the motor power and the delivery date, etc. at the same time, submit the relative two years or longer no-failure operation supporting document, that shall be the assessment supporting document with the signature and stamped by the end-user.”
4、将原招标文件“本次投标产品（多级泵）应在国内外同类装置（30万吨/年及以上环管HDPE装置）类似工况下有两台套及以上平稳运行两年及以上的业绩。本次投标产品应为满足以上业绩原厂生产。”和“请提供包括合同或用户证明在内的证明文件复印件。证明文件应反映合同签订日期、供货范围、装置类型及规模、所处理物料名称、处理能力、投入运行时间及运行状况；”

投标人应提供与报价机型系列相同（BB5多级泵背靠背或串联系列）的有效业绩，同时满足以下5点方可视为有效业绩。
1) 泵送介质为烃类；
2) 泵送介质相对密度不超过0.7；
3) 叶轮级数≥8级；
4) 驱动电动机功率≥200kW；
5) 一台(或以上)且成功运行时间超过两年。
请提供包括合同和用户证明在内的证明文件复印件。提供合同复印件（清晰体现合同签订日期、用户名称、装置名称及规模、设备规格型号/尺寸、级数、介质名称、密度或相对密度、额定流量、额定扬程、驱机电动机功率和交货时间等；同时提供与之对应的两年或以上无故障运行证明，须是用户签字且盖章的评价证明材料。
