3) 业绩要求：
近10年（2008-2017年），投标人或制造商应具有制造或销售本招标要求的同规格或类似设备（不低于本招标要求）的不少于1套的业绩并提供业绩清单（清单中应列出销售时间、销售数量、设备名称、设备型号及最终用户等），同时提供销售合同或销售订单复印件作为证明材料。销售合同或订单的复印件须能体现签订时间，销售产品内容及数量，签订双方等关键信息，否则将被作为无效证明材料。
4) 银行资信证明：
1）境内投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件；
2）境外投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
1) The bidder must be the Goods’ manufacturer or the agent directly authorized by the Goods’ manufacturer, the authorization material must be provided, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
The bidders must be the contract party and hA/Ve the ability to fulfill foreign trade contract with SAMC if offering Goods from outside PRC customs territory, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
If the foreign bidders hA/Ve goods provided within PRC customs territory, the bidder shall hA/Ve the ability to fulfill RMB contract directly with SAMC, otherwise the bid will be rejected.
2) For domestic bidders:
①Business License (Business Registration)，Organization Code Certificate，Tax Registration Certificate;
②Valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System or other equal certificates of the Good’s manufacturer.

3) Requirements of Achievements:

A list of not less than 1 set of Goods manufacture/sales achievements must be provided (including sales time, sales quantity, equipment name and model, end user name and so on). Copies of sales contracts or sales orders must be provided as well (the signing time, sales content and quantity, signing party and other key information could be clearly identified, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid).
4) Bank reference letter:
1) Domestic bidder shall provide the bank reference letter from the bank which the basic account was opened, issued within three months prior to the time of bid opening in original or its copy.
