(1) nearly five sales records of products of the same type, and provide copies of sales contracts
* (2) seller's tender or manufacturer's direct tender issued by the manufacturer of the product for this project.
* (3) once the foreign bidder wins the bid, the bidder must be the signing party of the foreign trade contract of the project with the buyer. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign the foreign trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be abolished.
