normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>2.3 工程概况：项目主要建设内容包括道路工程、污水处理工程、园区大门标志及服务大厅工程、配电工程、绿化工程等工程。项目首期用地面积1490亩。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>道路工程：建设园区主干道，路基宽32米，长3114米；次干道，路基宽24米，长1250米；路基宽20米，长2640米；配套建设排水、路灯、绿化等设施。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>污水处理工程：建设1座污水处理厂，占地面积35.21亩，首期设计处理能力5000t/d；敷设污水管网5300米，排水干管4500米。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>（1）投标人（独立体或联合体各方）须具有独立法人资格，并持有工商管理部门颁发的有效营业执照。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.9信誉要求：投标人（独立体或联合体主办方）企业法定代表人和拟派项目负责人、拟派设计负责人、拟派勘察负责人须携带本人二代身份证、营业执照、资质证书、安全生产许可证、基本账户开户许可证、建造师注册证及安全生产考核合格证书（B证）原件、7、8、9月份连续时段的社会劳动保险缴费证明原件及上述资料复印件一份，原件核查后并退回。必须在2018年10月25日至2018年10月29日（上午9：30至11：30，下午14：00至16：00，北京时间）到业主单位签署诚信投标及项目管理班子驻工地现场承诺书，过时不候。报名时提供投标承诺书原件（投标承诺书格式见本公告附件一）。

三、同意招标代理单位工作人员在投标报名时及投标报名后使用包括网络查询系统进行查询，电子产品、仪器设备等对我司的报名资料和相关证件进行核查。若报名资料和证件未能全部通过查验，我司愿意接受不得报名或不得投标的处理。

四、本单位近三年（自招标公告发布日之前）没有发生围标串标、严重违约、重大工程质量问题、重大安全生产事故以及贿赂等违法违规行为。
