2.1建设地点：广州市

2.2建设规模：

广惠高速南香山互通立交是广州市基础设施重点建设项目，为解决增城新区车辆通行问题，积极发挥高速路网与地方路网进一步衔接作用，实现交通车流的快速转换。为确保互通立交新建匝道与高压输电线路的安全距离，需对相关线路进行迁改。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>拆除220kV增万甲乙线N17~N20段四回500kV/220kV混压线路长约1.2km。新建220kV增万甲乙线N17~A1~A2~N20四回500kV/220kV混压线路长约1.2km，220kV导线每相采用2×JL/LB1A-630/45铝包钢芯铝绞线，500kV导线每相采用4×JL/LB1A-720/50铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线为2根48芯OPGW光缆。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>拆除110kV新宁线#35~#42单回110kV线路长约1.3km。新建110kV新宁线#35~B1单回110kV线路长约0.3km，新建导线每相均采用单根JL/LB1A-300/25铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线为2根36芯OPGW光缆；新建110kV新宁线B1~B4单回110kV线路长约0.7km，新建线路导线每相采用JL/LB1A-630/45铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线采用2根36芯OPGW光缆；新建B4~新宁线#42单回110kV线路长约0.3km，新建线路导线每相均采用单JL/LB1A-400/35铝包钢芯铝绞线，地线采用2根36芯OPGW光缆。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>为110kV新宁线新建B1~B4段新建单回线路安装相序牌、塔号牌、回路色牌、禁止攀登牌。更换新宁线全线其余杆塔的单回路塔号牌，共31基。为确保线路长期安全可靠的运行，110kV新宁线导线需同期加装故障定位装置2套（每套含三相）；重要交叉跨越处需加装在线监测装置1套，共计1套。每基新建杆塔安装一套防坠落装置，共计4套。110kV新宁线线路跨越南香山立交段耐张线夹需X光检测，共计6处。

本次针对设计进行招标，包含工程勘察、初步设计（含概算编制）、施工图设计（含预算编制）、编制竣工图等各阶段的相关内容和服务，按实结算。
