normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:150%'>项目概况：本项目建设内容包括启新路路面加铺沥青、沿线道路排水改造、人行道升级改造、绿化景观升级改造及沿线交通工程，改造总长度约1860m（起点位于市南路交叉口，向南延伸至东涌大桥桥底），现状启新路道路标准宽为22米，其中车行道宽度约16m，两侧人行道宽度为3m，双向四车道。本次工程全线加铺混凝土沥青路面，沥青加铺面积为31500平方米；人行道改造1510m（桩号K0+000-K1+510.738）,改造面积约13590平方米；排水改造总长度约650m，雨水采用DN1000混凝土管铺设长650米，建设检查井24座，雨水口50座；沿线景观升级改造种植乔木（樟树）450棵；桥底围蔽475米，桥底路面硬地化3350平方米；全线段交通工程完善，主要包括路面标线及标志牌。

二、本公司保证在本项目投标中不与其他单位围标、串标，不出让投标资格，不向招标人或评标委员会成员行贿。

三、本公司没有处于被责令停业的状态；没有处于被建设行政主管部门取消投标资格的处罚期内；没有处于财产被接管、冻结、破产的状态；在投标报名截止日期前两年内没有建设行政主管部门已书面认定的重大工程质量问题；在广州市人民检察-院行贿犯罪档案查询结果中，本公司没有在投标报名截止时间前两年内被人民法院判决犯有行贿罪的记录，本公司没有被人民法院列入失信被执行人名单。

四、本公司拟委派专职安全员兼任本工程的工地余泥渣土运输与排放管理员，严格遵守建设工程余泥渣土运输与排放管理制度，执行“一不准进、三不准出”规定，选择合法的余泥渣土运输单位及排放点。承诺如违反建设工程余泥渣土运输与排放管理制度，将自愿接受：通报批评，记录不良行为，列入黑名单，并暂停责任企业投标报名一年，对责任项目负责人暂停投标报名二年。多次违规的，暂停投标报名二至三年，并提请资质审批部门降低或吊销企业资质、项目经理的建造师从业资格和专职安全员安全培训考核证书。

五、本公司及其有隶属关系的机构没有参加本项目的前期工作、招标文件编写、监理工作；本公司与承担本招标项目监理业务的单位没有隶属关系或其他利害关系。

六、本公司保证本项目拟派的项目负责人和安全员没有在其他在建项目中任职。

七、本公司承诺，中标后不转包或违法分包，在施工过程中，严格执行安全生产相关管理规定；按照广州市住房和城乡建设委员会的规定发包劳务或使用自有劳务队伍。

八、本公司如投标时选用绿色生产达标企业生产的混凝土，中标后将使用绿色生产达标企业生产的混凝土，若不遵守承诺，自愿按不履行合同约定处理。

九、我单位（含联合体成员）承诺不存在下列情形：

（1）为招标人不具有独立法人资格的附属机构（单位）；

（2）为招标项目前期工作提供咨询服务的；

（3）为本招标项目的监理人；

（4）为本招标项目的代建人；

（5）为本招标项目提供招标代理服务的；

（6）被责令停业的；

（7）被暂停或取消投标资格的；

（8）财产被接管或冻结的；

（9）在最近三年内有骗取中标或严重违约或重大工程质量问题的；

（10）与本招标项目的监理人或代建人或招标代理机构同为一个法定代表人的；

（11）与本招标项目的监理人或代建人或招标代理机构相互控股或参股的；

（12）与本招标项目的监理人或代建人或招标代理机构相互任职或工作的。
