资格标准：
（1）投标设备必须是厂家样本上的标准系列、成熟产品，主轴和设备结构是定型设计。同类型设备要求在国内拥有用户，总台数不少于3台并在投标文件中提供相应合同复印件，且用户对设备操作、编程、维修、售后服务、质量可靠性等方面反应良好；
（2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，其投标将被否决。（说明：招标中必须谁投标、谁中标、谁签合同，不能甲投标，乙签合同。）
主要技术要求：
（1）设备结构：设备为立式龙门框架结构，工作台或横梁或龙门架移动，主轴头摆动和旋转，投标时提供机床机构图。
（2）工作台尺寸：≥
5000×3800mm。
（3）转台可作为分度使用，也可作为联动的旋转轴使用，在数控系统中配置相应的模式切换功能。
（4）工作行程：横向（X轴）≥5700mm。
工作行程：纵向（Y轴）≥4600mm。
工作行程：垂直（Z轴）≥1550mm。
工作行程：摆动轴（A/B轴）≥ ±95°（连续分度）。
工作行程：回转轴（C轴）≥ ±360°（连续分度），支持最短距离接近，并可自由关闭。

home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of
International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements :
(1) The tendered equipment must be the manufacturer's standard and mature
product, and the structures of the spindle and machine tool must adopt the
finalization design. At least three sets of the equipment of the same model
must hA/Ve been sold to Chinese users, and copies of the sales contracts should
be provided along with other tender documents; in addition, there should be
fA/Vourable feedbacks from the users regarding the equipment operation,
programming, maintenance, aftersales services, qualitative reliability, etc.
(2) once win the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of foreign trade
contract with the buyer for this project. If the bidder disabled to sign the
foreign trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be rejected. (Explanation:
The bidder, successful bidder and the contract signatory must be the same one.
Forbid A bidding, B signing the contract.)
Main technical requirements：
（1）Structure of the equipment: The
equipment should adopt the vertical gantry structure with movable table, crossbeam
or gantry frame and swinging and rotary spindle head. The structural diagram
for the machine tool should be provided during the bidding.
（2）Table dimension: ≥ 5,000 mm x 3,800 mm
（3）That the rotary table be used as the
division or as the rotary axis in linkage should be supported; related mode
switching function should be incorporated into the NC system.
（4）Operating trA/Vel: transverse direction
(axis X): ≥ 5,700mm
Operating trA/Vel: longitudinal direction (axis Y): ≥ 4,600mm
Operating trA/Vel: vertical direction (axis Z) ≥ 1,550mm
Operating trA/Vel: swing axis (axis A/B) ≥ ±95o (continuous grading)
Operating trA/Vel: rotary axis (axis C) ≥ ±360° (continuous grading)
The rotary axis should support the shortest distance closing function and
should be capable of closing freely.
