normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>2.1项目概况：韩江粤东灌区续建配套与节水改造工程半洋隧洞引水工程(枫江-半洋段)主要任务为提高揭阳市供水保障，改善农业灌溉。主要建设内容为：建设渠道总长9.033公里，其中西山溪～古巷进洞段1.762公里，古巷～半洋隧洞出口段6.719公里，半洋隧洞出口～八支渠埋管段0.552公里。工程等别为Ⅱ等，工程规模为大(2)型。工程部分投资详见招标文件。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.2具有水行政主管部门颁发的有效的水利工程质量检测单位资质等级证书，检测范围须包括：混凝土工程甲级、岩土工程甲级、金属结构甲级和量测甲级四个类别；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.3具有省级或以上质量技术监督部门颁发的有效的资质认定计量认证证书；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.6与本招标项目的下列单位不存在隶属或控股关系：本招标项目的勘察设计、监理、施工和管片供应单位；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.7凡在广东省水利建设市场信用信息平台公布禁止参加省内水利工程建设投标期限内的投标人不得参加本项目的投标；
